Start a new form, choose POC or QAPI, enter your name, company, and year, then enable only the F-tag sections you need. Each enabled section opens a structured editor where you can pick a scenario or start from empty, complete the corrective action fields, save your work, and then review or export the finished form.
Right now the tool is built for POC and QAPI forms. The section library is filtered by form type, so you only see the F-tag sections that fit the form you are building.
Yes. You control which sections are enabled, which scenario you use as a starting point, and what gets saved in each section. The editor keeps the format consistent, but the content is still yours.
All sections start disabled, so you can build only what applies to your survey or project. Use the section search to find a title quickly, enable the items you need, and then complete them one at a time in the editor.
Yes. Review and acknowledgement pages can be opened on phones, tablets, or desktop. For creating and editing the form itself, desktop is usually the easiest experience.
Not directly right now. Today the workflow is to build the form in AVRC, export it as a PDF, and on paid accounts send acknowledgement requests to employees from the dashboard.
